It has been our experience with other such sites as well as in the case of the earlier, static version of this site, that front page adverts generate business for the advertiser and are worth the investment.

In the columns on the left and right side of the front page there is space which may be used for advertising products or services.

These adverts may be placed either by establishments or businesses listed on the site or, at the discretion of ZA Webs, from establishments or businesses not listed on the site, provided the said establishments or businesses can add to the tourism potential of Uniondale.

The order of adverts will be determined on a first come, first served basis.  An advertiser who fails to continue advertising, whether by reason of non-payment or by choice, loses his former position.

The fee for a front page advert is R100 per month.

How to advertise

1.  Apply to advert@uniondale.co.za for an advert for a particular month or months at least seven working days before the commencement of the month in question or the first month of the period in question.

2.  Pay the requisite fee in full to ZA Webs at least seven working days before the commencement of the month in question or the first month of the period in question.

3.  A refund may be paid in respect of complete calendar months for which the advertiser decides to cancel his advert but refunds will not be paid in respect of part months.

4.  An advert may consist of one photograph and no more than 25 words of text.  If the advertiser has any preferences regarding what photograph or text he wants, he should forward same as part of his application.  Otherwise, ZA Webs reserves the right to choose what it thinks appropriate.
